Artisan Wine Tours, a fully licensed livery firm, operates under the authority of the California State Public Utilities Commission. Yet, we are far more than the average every-day limousine company.

Pricing Policy
Artisan Wine Tours pricing policy follows our philosophy of customer service. Everything is transparent. Service fees are clearly outlined regardless of the size of the event.
In most cases, we have one hourly rate. No fuel surcharge. No transportation charge. No added “tax” of any kind.
You will never pay a higher rate than the one we quoted and if fuel prices decline, allowing us to lower the rate on the day of your trip, it’s a win-win for everybody!
